Our focus on people includes optimising both processes and behaviour. We establish and coach energy conscious behaviour.

To optimise processes to reach a high energy efficiency level, we challenge current utility behaviour by means of monitoring and targeting activities.

The outcome is a well aware and motivated staff that is more engaged in improving production efficiency, which leads to reduced utility consumption and better results with fewer resources.

Monitoring and targeting

Monitoring and targeting is the process in which actual performance is measured, and targets are derived to measure and maintain future performance. It is an ongoing process of:

  • Setting targets


Motivation and awareness campaigns

We work with general awareness training and motivation programmes e.g. by establishing team building sessions and focus teams. 

We motivate employees to create their own goals and results. The ownership and know-how of energy saving projects should belong to the employees; our role is to assist in creating a new culture
